DEVELOPMENTAL MILESTONES: The FirstStep app contains over 120 developmental (movement, emotional/social, cognitive and communication/language) milestones with the respective recommended age ranges*. Regularly keeping track of and recording these milestones will allow you to share this very important data with your child s doctor when they conduct periodic developmental screenings and evaluations. MEMORIES: You can record memories of precious milestones and special moments with your baby - The Memory Lane will keep these memories as a timeline for you to have a unique album of your first years together! Vaccination delay calibrations are based on the schedules & recommendations provided by WHO, and your respective country s immunization program. Data for the growth curves is taken from the WHO Multicentre Growth Reference Study, which provides a single international standard for physiological growth in children up to age 5. Developmental Milestones are adapted from the information provided by CDC and American Academy of Pediatrics. The app module is not meant to replace standardised development screenings and evaluations provided by a medical professional.
